Big Data tech and computer programming skills are also highly sought for more advanced roles.

What salaries should I expect to pay for talented Data professionals and Analysts?

PERMANENT
Salaries for data professionals can vary widely depending on the specific role, location and the type of company they work for. At the junior end of the scale, Data Analysts, performance analysts and BI analysts can receive salaries ranging around 45 000 €, it depends on experience. Database Developers, Data Engineers and BI Developer salaries tend to range between 50 000 € and 70 000 €, as can Database Administrators and Data Managers.
 
CONTRACTING
Data contracting day rates also vary dependent upon the role, location and experience of the contractor. A typical day rate for a contractor Data Analyst in Paris will be between 500  € et 650 € per day.
