  • You can only recommend someone that you know if you have been received and/or placed in a role by Hays
  • The candidate is not yet in Hays’ database
  • The candidate signs a permanent or temporary contract (of at least 1 month) with Hays
  • The candidate is working with Hays for the first time
  • The candidate knows that you are introducing them to us
  • The 100 € bonus to be paid is subject to income tax. You are responsible for submitting the amount as income to the tax authorities
  • The payment can only be made if the form has been fully completed
