We are looking for a Senior BA for an internal role, 3-6m to start extendable, English mandatory, on-site in Luxembourg.
This position will be responsible for working closely with different stakeholders to assess business requirements and translate them into specifications for the development team. The team member will also be responsible for assisting during the build phase of the software, as well as testing and rolling it out to business users.
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for the development team. • Assist during the build phase of the software by working with the development team to ensure requirements are met and functionality is delivered on time. • Conduct testing of the software to ensure that it meets the documented requirements. • Work closely with the business users to ensure that the software is rolled out successfully and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner. • Communicate project status and issues to the project manager on a regular basis. • Provide project support and participate in problem solving as necessary.
Expertise: Knowledge of the fund industry is a plus Experience in reporting system implementation is a plus Strong analytical / problem solving skills is a must Experience in a BA/QA role is highly desirable Ability to work in an international English speaking team is a must #1349059
