We are looking for a
Senior Compliance Framework and Implementation Specialist for one of our client
based in Luxembourg.

Context
You
will directly support the Group Head of Financial Crime Compliance, placing you
at the centre of strategic decision ‑ making and giving you visibility with senior
leadership from day one.
You’ll
drive the evolution of the bank’s global compliance framework, meaning your
work will shape how the organisation anticipates regulatory change and manages
financial ‑ crime risks across all locations.
You’ll
develop deep, cross ‑ border expertise in areas such as AML/CTF, Fraud
Prevention, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Market Abuse and Investor
Protection, giving you a competitive advantage in today’s compliance market.
Responsibilities
Policy Framework & Implementation
- You will become the architect
behind the Group’s compliance policies. This gives you the opportunity to
influence how front ‑ office
teams work and to see the real operational impact of your decisions.
- Working closely with 1LoD,
you’ll translate regulatory requirements into practical processes,
enhancing your credibility as a trusted business partner.
Compliance Transformation
- You’ll contribute to
modernising the Compliance function, including the adoption of AI-driven
efficiencies. This boosts your technical skill set and positions you at
the forefront of innovation in regulatory compliance.
Risk Stewardship
- You’ll lead oversight of
compliance risks and present your assessments to senior committees. This
exposure strengthens your strategic thinking and leadership profile,
preparing you for future management roles.
- Supporting 1LoD with action
plans allows you to influence risk culture across the organisation.
Regulatory Change
- You’ll become a key advisor
to senior management, helping the organisation anticipate and respond to
EU/UK regulatory developments, honing your expertise in high ‑ impact regulatory analysis.
Advisory
- With touchpoints across many
Group functions and jurisdictions, you’ll build a wide internal network
and develop a global understanding of the bank’s regulated activities.
Governance Reporting
- You will produce technical
regulatory ‑ risk analysis for governance
bodies, sharpening your analytical skills and reinforcing your reputation
as a subject ‑ matter expert.
Regulatory Interactions
- You’ll assist in preparing
responses to EU/UK regulators, giving you hands ‑ on experience in regulatory
dialogue, an asset highly valued in senior compliance careers.
Profile
- Your degree in technology,
finance, or economics will be put to direct use in a role where both
analytical rigour and technical understanding are key.
- With at least 5 years’
experience, you will immediately operate at a high level of autonomy and
be trusted to take ownership of strategic topics.
- Your broad understanding of
private banking will help you influence stakeholders and shape group ‑ wide practices.
- Your experience in financial
crime will allow you to contribute meaningfully from day one, accelerating
your career trajectory.
- Strong interpersonal skills
will help you build effective relationships across a multicultural
environment.
- Mastery of French and English
ensures you can lead discussions, write impactful analyses, and engage
confidently with international regulators.
