Our client is looking for a personal assistant for a 3 months contract.

The candidate provides proactive and high level office management.
He ensures a well organized day to day functioning.
He ensures the confidential handling of sensitive documents and information and its adequate follow-up.
He composes, checks and sends out internal and external communication
He is responsible for preparing reports, presentations and ensures budget follow-up.
He organizes agenda management and prepares internal and external meetings and conferences
He ensures reports, presentations and budget follow-up.

The candidate has ideally 8 years of experience as a personal assistant and is able to deal with senior stakeholders.
He is fluent in French and English.
He masters MS Office tools.
He is proactive, able to take multiple tasks and stress resistent. #1350761
