Our client, an investment bank, located in Kirchberg is looking for an Operational Assistant M/F for a temporary contract (extendable).
The interim will execute key processes, under the guidance of senior officers: - Review and verification of financial data from contractual documentation related to mandates and introduction in an IT system (Mandate Management System). - Ensure effective and accurate update of trackers in Excel and Sharepoint to be used for Activity Reports. - Administration and follow up of the annual review cycle of processes and procedures. - Maintenance and follow-up of the directorate’s lists of applications, operational incidents, and audit points. - Mailbox management. Respond, when possible, to enquiries directed to the team and ensure allocation of enquiries to the appropriate individual to resolve the issue.
The candidate must have : - An University degree or professional certification in a relevant field (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, etc); - Ideally experience in a back/ middle office of a bank or IT Department. - Good knowledge of the Bank’s standard computer tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, GED, Power Point, etc). - Good analytical skills #1340490
