Office manager part-time M/W

Come reinforce the administrative team of our client
Our client is looking for an office manager for a 6 months' contract.

The candidate is in charge of the general administration.
He is focused on budget control, contract management, expenses declaration, event management and follow up of building infrastructure maintenance.
He is also in charge of meeting room management and organization of business trips.

The candidate has ideally more than 5 years of experience as an office manager or executive assistant..
He is proficient with MS-Office.
He is fluent in French and English. German or Luxembourgish would be an asset.
He has a great aptitude to deal with numbers and budgeting
