Network and Security Consultant

Join a well-known company in Luxembourg with 4 remote days per weeks!
I'm looking for a Network and Security Consultant for one of my clients, an Infrastructure Services provider, based in Luxembourg.

  • 6 months renewable contracts (freelance or payrolling contract)
  • Annual gross salary between 70 000€ and 80 000€
  • 4 remote days per week, you need to be at the office only 1 day per week
  • French and English fluent are required for the role

Role
  • Be a network security specialist as part of the Security Operations team
  • Participate to all network security activities
  • Control and optimize the configuration of the firewall, IDS/IPS and reverse proxy.
  • Work with the network team who manages the network infrastructure.
  • Produce correct report and KPI about the network security.
  • Have periodic or ad hoc meeting with the client and write clear (short) minutes
  • Track resolution of actions from those meetings
  • Provide network security related advise during projects and to other (architecture) teams
  • Assist in Network related security issues

Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge in network and network security
  • Knowledge of the firewall, IDS/IPS and reverse proxy
  • Knowledge of SkyBox is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of AlgoSec is an advantage
