Our client, a bank based in Luxembourg (Kirchberg) is looking for a Middle Office Assistant M/F for a one (1) year contract,
The Middle Office Assistant has to : • Liaise with Front Office and Back Office to ensure a proper customer’s transactions execution; • Support Front Office on their daily relationship with customers; • Support the Front Office and review the customer due diligence, collecting and obtaining the necessary information and documents to establish and maintain business relationship and carry out transactions; • Sent transaction confirmations upon Front Office request; • Support Front Office, in the opening and ongoing administration of customer account documentation and controlling the pending items; • Review and analyze KYC documents of new clients during the client acceptance process; • Conduct customer due diligence checks (KYC) on new and existing clients and maintain database up-to-date; • Make sure KYC documents are managed and archived properly and documentation is updated on an on-going basis; • Review KYC files of the existing clients during the process of on-going due diligence; • Weekly and monthly reports Reporting such as documentation accounts, pending documentation, fees, accounts status;
The candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the similar field He is fluent is Portuguese and English. French is a plus, He is a team player #1343314
