On behalf of our client, a leading industrial and international company, we are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join their team in
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR transactions, personnel administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS (e.g., personal details, contracts, compensation, benefits).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR practices that ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and staff.
- Oversee HR aspects of contract workers, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Support onboarding programs and exit processes, including feedback collection and session coordination.
- Communicate personnel changes to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR documentation (NDAs, contracts, compensation).
- Participate in HR-related projects and provide local support on LMS topics.
- Support local Young Talent programs (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management).
- Contribute to internal HR communications (newsletters, intranet content, knowledge articles)
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and has at least five years of experience in HR administration within an international environment. They possess a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with particular expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
They have proven experience in LMS administration, including the creation of learning content, and demonstrate excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and reporting tools are essential. The candidate is detail-oriented, well-organised, and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
They bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a positive, can-do attitude. Experience of supporting HR projects and driving change management initiatives is considered a valuable asset.
