HR Administrative Assistant German speaker M/F

Our client, a commercial company part of an international group, is currently looking for a HR Administrative Assistant M/F.

In this job creation, you report to the HR Manager of the group. In a context of development, you will have to take over all the HR aspects for a perimeter of 200 employees.
Your responsibilities will consist in handling the HR day to day admin such as: complete payroll preparation for Luxembourg, fully coordinating the payroll process and acting as the subject matter expert on core payroll and benefits topics.
Follow-up on all leaves (sick leave, exceptional leave, paid leave), overview on illness certificates, reporting to CNS and subsequent reconciliation of reimbursement, follow-up on maternity, paternity and parental leave requests, etc.;

You will also actively participate in the recruitment process, including communication with external agencies, interviews scheduling, contract offer until the onboarding process. You will participate in training and development: you will be responsible to schedule training sessions, track participants and training records, and maintain a training database. Preparation of co-funding application folder.

For the onboarding of new joiners: you will prepare employment contracts, process documentation, update and encode data in the HR system, entry declaration, set-up of mandatory medical examination meetings, welcome new joiners on their first day. You will also be responsible for offboarding of leavers: follow-up on resignation or dismissal, leaving check-list, perform exit interviews, reporting;

You will be the person of contact for employees' queries, providing them with the relevant information to their HR questions.

In a second hand you can participate and monitor overall HR strategies, reports, KPI’ and procedures across the organization under the supervision of the HR Manager.

In order to succeed in this role the ideal candidate is graduated with a bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration. He has a proven experience of 3 years in HR ideally gained in Luxembourg by working for a commercial or industrial environment. He has a very good knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law and regulation in HR related field.
He speaks fluently German and English, French will be considered as an asset.
