I'm looking for an Enterprise Architect to wok on a BCBS239 projet for one of my client.

• Contract until the end of the year (renewable next year)
• Annual gross salary up to 125 000€
• Freelance contract or payrolling contract : you will wok as an external consultant for the final client, a bank based in Luxembourg-city
• 1 remote day per week

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a senior enterprise architect well-versed in data management, finance and risk domains. He/She should combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of risk management, data governance, and reporting practices to ensure effective risk data aggregation and reporting within financial institutions.
He/Her collaborates with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams, to deliver this project by ensuring the alignment of IT solutions with business requirements, business concerns and company's strategic goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design the target architecture that will support the finance and risk domains with a focus on generation of internal and supervisory reports (FINREP, COREP, Stress tests, IRRBB, Pillar 3, internal risk dashboards…) over the architecture domains (Business, User Experience, Application, Data, Technnologies and Security) and different levels of abstraction (high-level design at the Enterprise Architecture level and detailed implementation design at Solution Architecture level)
• Build the data, finance and risks strategic IT investment plan to reach the target architecture.
• By working with Data governance team, design an architecture ensuring the accuracy, integrity and completeness of the data across the systems.
• Having a forward looking view, understand the finance & risks regulatory context and agenda; have a deep knowledge of the activity of Finance & Risk teams to embed anticipated changes into the target architecture.
• Manage the enterprise architecture repository, the central location of the enterprise landscape.
• Involved in projects work together with Business representatives, Functional Analysts, Infrastructure and Security Architects and IT Experts to challenge business requirements and design flexible, scalable, robust overall architectures and solutions.
• Ensure coherence, efficiency and security of Information System;
• Bring Innovation, Digitalization and new technologies approach.
• Help / Support IT Teams to promote best practices,to define and design solutions in order to ensure coherence between high level enterprise architecture decisions and project implementation; to review deliverables; Help / support IT teams to clarify infrastructure and security needs; to review and validate infrastructure and security design; Participate to IT solution estimate in collaboration with Stream Business and IT Leads.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong knowledge in Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, IASA, etc.
• Expertise in Architecture modeling languages such as UML, C4, Archimate, Entity-Relationship or BPMN,
• Proven experience in Finance, Risk and Data Architecture
• Proficiency in various architecture styles such as Web Oriented Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, …
• Technological knowledge background: Core Banking System, API, , Micro-services, Spring, Kafka, MQ, Java, Python, JSON, XML, ETL, Data Lake, MFT, Oracle, PKI, etc.
• Be able of leading and animating architecture workshops
• Ability to understand and translate a business strategy and requirements
• Communication skills and presentation skills with technical and non technical people
• Concrete relational, listening, sharing and conviction capabilities
• Solution oriented
