Our client is an European Bank based in Kirchberg, they are looking for a Back Office Analyst M/F for a temporary contract. The person should preferably have relevant professional experience gained in a financial institution, in an operational (lending) or related transaction management or restructuring function or in a middle office/back office
The interim will execute key processes of various complexities, starting with the role of “inputter” and when proficient evolving in the role of “validator”: - Enrichment of contractual data related to new loans in the system, on the basis of the finance contract signed (financial clauses, client’s contacts…). Once proficient, validation of such data (entered by another inputter). - Release notification of disbursement to clients in compliance with the firm quote and the disbursement request; - Input and later (once proficient) validate calculation of fees and commissions; - Disbursement processing, namely input of Standard Settlement Instructions, based on clients’ requests into the bank loan application.
Candidate will have permanent interactions within other services directly involved in the disbursement process teams (FI-Contracts Unit, Loan Administration and Reflows division, OPS, PMM/JMO, as well as FI-TRE/FEAS and FI-TRE/CCNS. Candidate will work in a team of 10 persons.
