Our client is looking for an administrative assistant for a 6 months contract.

The candidate is supporting the administrative team in place with events organization, room bookings, purchase orders, reimbursement claims, office supplies and logistic requests.

The candidate has ideally 2 years of experience in office administration.
He has excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
He has good practice of the usual MS office tools.
He is fluent in French and English.
He is a team player, is service oriented and multitasking. #1350386
