The candidate is used to support a team.
He is in charge of purchase orders, reimbursement claims, events organization, room bookings, office supplies and logistic requests

The candidate has ideally a bachelor degree and a first experience in business administration.
He is proficient with MS-Office
He is fluent in French and English
