As part of an immediate hire, we are looking for a Receptionist on a permanent contract (CDI) to manage front desk operations and general services for our client based in Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate plays a key role in the daily management of reception and internal/external interactions.
Main responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and staff in person and by phone, in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a strong asset.
• Manage access badges, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail.
• Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of shared spaces and equipment.
• Coordinate external service providers (maintenance, supplies, etc.).
• Assist in organizing internal events and support various administrative tasks.
Profile sought:
• Educational background in reception, administration, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages is a strong asset.
• Service-oriented, discreet, responsive, and smiling person
• Proficient in office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
