We are hiring for an international law firm based in Luxembourg: Finance & Administration Assistant
Your Profile:
Strong communication skills in French and a good command of English
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Team player with the ability to follow instructions precisely
Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT
Proficient in office software (Excel, PDF, Adobe – Aderant is a plus)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
Eager to learn and grow professionally
Your Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Finance & Administration team
Assist with payment processes: invoice collection, coding, banking entry, and control checks
Process and file invoices efficiently
Perform bank reconciliations
Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
