Join this European Investment to deal with arching and administrative tasks
Our client, a European institution, is looking for an Administrative Assistant who speaks English and French fluently. This temporary contract starts as soon as possible.
Responsibilities: Assist with the archiving of paper materials related to projects, policy, communications, etc before the big move of all staff into 2 buildings instead of 3 buildings, according to the ongoing project regarding space and offices.
Qualifications: Secondary level education, completed with a 2-year certificate in a relevant field (secretarial studies, business administration) or minimum qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the administrative / archiving field. Good knowledge of the standard computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and good knowledge of French. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
