Hays is looking for a Tax Oversight Analyst for one of its client based in Luxembourg.

• Annual gross salary between 90 000€ and 110 000€
• English fluent is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• You’ll become a key player in global tax compliance. By supporting FATCA/CRS reporting, you’ll gain hands-on experience with international regulatory frameworks, an asset for any career in cross-border finance.
• You’ll build expertise across jurisdictions. Reviewing investor tax reporting in multiple countries means you’ll develop a rare, high-demand skill set in international tax coordination.
• You’ll be trusted with critical validation work. Overseeing withholding tax processes gives you ownership of high-impact deliverables, sharpening your attention to detail and regulatory knowledge.
• You’ll master Luxembourg’s unique tax landscape. Monitoring the taxe d’abonnement calculation and reporting will deepen your understanding of local fund taxation, essential for long-term growth in the Luxembourg financial sector.

Profile & Skills:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in tax reporting, fund administration, or financial services.
• Solid understanding of FATCA/CRS, investor tax reporting, and withholding tax regimes.
• Familiarity with Luxembourg fund structures and taxe d’abonnement requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
