We're on the look for an IT Project Manager!
Hays is looking for an IT Project Manager for one of its client based in Luxembourg
  • Permanent position, open for freelance
  • Daily rate between 600 et 800€ / or salary up to 130 000€ according to your skills and experience
  • Full on-site position (no hybrid work or full-remote options)
  • Job based in Luxembourg
  • Fluency in French and English is required

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) remediation plans for critical business applications.

Your role:
  • You'll have the freedom to design and implement your own strategies, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time
  • Benefit from seamless coordination and communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Take charge of risk management, showcasing your problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Keep your team on track with regular updates, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Build trust with stakeholders by providing consistent and accurate updates
  • Participate in well-organized meetings and workshops, ensuring productive and efficient discussions.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, demonstrating your attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Showcase your reliability and commitment to excellence by delivering accurate reports on time

Your profile:
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects
  • You are proficient in delivering projects with a rock-solid resiliency
  • You have well-developed organisational and time management skills
  • You demonstrate the ability to cooperate with a wide variety of colleagues
  • You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Knowledge of IAM and role-based access will be a plus
  • Lean Management / Scrum Master experience / Agile project planning will be a plus
