Our client, a private Equity investment company, is looking for an Executive Assistant. They offer a truly diverse and collaborative environment. Their Luxembourg office boasts a very international team, with different nationalities represented, while preserving a warm and respectful atmosphere. Thanks to the global footprint of the company, the Executive/Personal Assistant will frequently interact with other offices across the US and UK and organise travels across the globe.
Your general responsibilities within the Executive Team :
- Managing calendar, organisation of business trips, including reservations of hotels, flights, ground transportation and similar arrangements.
- Internal reporting, including timely management of expense reports and other internal team-related admin functions.
- Meeting management, including sourcing the venue, arranging accommodation, ground transportation, catering and dinners and, when required, supporting the meetings on-site.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day meeting coordination for the team.
- Appropriate coordination and cooperation with the portfolio companies.
- Work alongside the Executive Assistants in broader administrative support of the local team & office management support.
