Our client, a private bank with a strong presence in Luxembourg is looking for its next Risk Manager with the aim of both the coordination and production of the Bank's regulatory and cross-functional reports in relation to the Risk Management function.

You will report directly to the Head of Risk Management.

As a risk manager, you will monitor the bank's risks as well as create and maintain risk management reports and a risk dashboard. Together with these additional responsibilities, you will study and develop ERM charters, policies, and procedures, assist in the implementation of action plans, and oversee several projects to meet all internal and external cross-functional risk management standards. You will also coordinate and centralize all efforts to organize the body of ERM-related documentation.

You have a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Management and minimum 5 years’ experience as a RISK Manager, a strong knowledge of the regulatory environment CSSF Circulars. And you can work in English.

Autonomous and dedicated, you have a high sense of responsibility and great interpersonal skills. You dispose of a global vision of the Risk activities, are stress resistant, can coordinate and manage projects and have the ability to work independently and also to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
