Our client is Private Bank Luxembourg S.A. is engaged in the business of providing Private
Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Advisory services for corporate and private
clients.
In order to reinforce its team, our client is currently looking for a Senior Fund Administrator (m/f). You will have a strategical position for this company.

The mission of the Fund Services department is to ensure that all the central administration services rendered to the investment vehicles/funds administered by this Bank Luxembourg is efficiently performed within the legal and regulatory framework prescribed by applicable laws and regulations, the prospectuses/placement memorandum of the funds, the procedures of the Bank and the contractual arrangements and individual requirements agreed with each of the fund promoters.

The Main Duties and Responsibilities are Second level controls and NAV validation of intra-group UCITS funds; Execute calculation of the Net asset Value of third-party funds in accordance with internal procedures and SLA signed with the clients; maintenance of daily accounting records; pricing of underlying investments; cash and portfolio reconciliation; Processing of fund’s invoices and expenses, cash-flow management; Preparation of semi-annual and annual financial statements of the funds; Preparation and transmission of statistical reporting to the regulatory authorities; co-ordination of the funds audit and follow-up on auditor requests and control of investment restrictions and follow-up of breaches with the Fund Managers.

You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent and 5+ years relevant experience in the Fund Administration industry, preferably with a focus on UCITS funds.
Experience with alternative investment funds would be considered as an asset. English is mandatory, French and Luxembourgish is a plus.
