Hays Luxembourg is looking for a Providers Relationship Consultant for a bank located in Luxembourg. It is a three-month renewable contract and you can start from 1st April. French is mandatory. You will be responsible for the relationship of the main counterparties within the Financial Market.

Responsibilities:
1. Account Management
a. Organize and steer account meetings with internal and external counterparties
b. Be the voice of the subject matter expert
c. Global overview of the due diligence process on the main counterparties
d. Perform on-site visits
e. Fees negociation
2. Key Indicators
a. Solution minded approach and define areas of improvements and implement them
b. Identify Key Indicators to measure counterparties performance
c. Extract data from various sources and centralize them in a one page document
d. Be the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and take actions accordingly on very diverse areas
3. Escalation contact
a. Be the internal contact for unsolved items at subject matter expert level, and facilitate resolution
b. Maintain up to date external escalation list, and address blocking points
4. Relationship Management
a. Networking activity
b. Innovate and challenge the existing models and suggest alternatives when applicable
5. Close collaboration
a. Provide the necessary information to Admin Officer and A&R&D in order to align our common approach under Counterparties Management
