We are looking for a Product Owner for one of our clients based in Luxembourg.
You will lead and enhance order management, position and portfolio oversight, as well as client reporting strategies within Channels & Digital Services, by assessing front-office requirements and translating them into clear implementation roadmaps for both transformation initiatives and day-to-day operations.
You will support the evolution of front-office requirements and user experiences from initial concept through delivery, partnering closely with global agile teams, Product Management, and cross-functional stakeholders while coordinating priorities, backlogs, and delivery timelines with engineering teams.
You will foster a collaborative environment by building and maintaining strong professional relationships across the organisation to support the bank’s objectives and deliver value to clients.
You will produce data-driven analyses and actionable insights to identify new business opportunities, strengthen sales initiatives, and develop effective KPI frameworks.
You will lead transformation initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement, adoption, usage, and overall satisfaction across digital platforms and assets.
You will manage stakeholder relationships by maintaining consistent communication and establishing effective information-sharing routines, while acting as a reliable partner for teams across IT, Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
You will contribute to the region’s agile growth objectives by promoting continuous improvement, strengthening collaboration, and encouraging more effective ways of working across teams.
You will assist with user acceptance testing, support change management activities, and coordinate with clients and front-office stakeholders whenever required.
