Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a professional on a temporary assignment to support post‑implementation activities following the deployment of the OMEGA system.

The right candidate reports to senior members of the Investment Office / Central Front Office Services within the KYC unit and supports post‑implementation activities following the deployment of the OMEGA system.

He contributes to the stabilisation, adoption and operational ramp‑up of OMEGA after go‑live, addressing a temporary increase in workload driven by new workflows and the transfer of tasks to the First Line of Defence.

Key Responsibilities

He performs OMEGA-specific and post‑implementation activities, including:

• He conducts counterparty onboarding exclusively through the OMEGA system, including newly introduced First Line of Defence controls such as enhanced due diligence and structured four‑eyes checks
• He processes and follows up on screening alerts generated by OMEGA integrity screening tools
• He supports Investment Managers and Counterparty Responsible Officers in the effective use of OMEGA, providing guidance on workflows and required data inputs
• He contributes to the stabilisation phase by managing backlogs and supporting increased activity volumes during the transition period
• He escalates issues, system constraints, and operational questions to the OMEGA Project Team or designated champions in line with governance procedures

Profile & Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in AML/KYC within banking or financial services
• A degree in law, business, finance, or economics
• Solid understanding of regulatory, AML, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with compliance screening databases
• Highly proficient in IT tools, including Excel and Word
• Experience with eFront, LSEG Refinitiv World-Check, or Dow Jones is considered an asset
