Hays Luxembourg is looking for an IT Operation to join his client:

• Familiarization : Your initial task will be to understand our client’s complex system architecture and enhance your expertise.
• System Operations : Ensure the smooth operation of systems, applications, and processes. Analyze and resolve production disruptions sustainably, including thorough documentation.
• Support : Provide expert support to our teams and users for application-related issues.
• User Administration : Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Development and Implementation : Independently develop and implement specialized and technical designs.
• Maintenance : Perform maintenance work, including weekends if necessary.
• On-Call Duties : Take on on-call responsibilities, including weekends.

Profile

• Educational Background : Degree or completed training in IT.
• Experience : Proven experience in IT Operations and related tasks.
• Specialist Knowledge : Proficiency in:
• Windows Server, Windows 10/11
• Relational databases (MS SQL Server from version 2012 is a plus) and SQL
• Microsoft Azure cloud computing
• Additional Knowledge : Familiarity with:
• Azure Log Analytics Workspace
• Tivoli Workload Scheduler from version 10
• FileNet Image Services and/or FileNet P8
• Language Skills : Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Industry Interest : Keen interest in the financial industry, particularly in digital asset management with a focus on funds.
