Hays Technology is looking for one of his client in the industrial sector their future “IT Manager”.

You will join the IT Team of our client to contribute to the success of the company.

Your tasks :

Your main responsibility is to coordinate, plan and organize your team's work by:
• Implementing and managing of IT systems (hardware, applications, servers, networks, GSM)
• Maintenance of its operation, security and evolution
• Ensuring proper functioning of the network, updating all operating systems and applications;
• Managing users and access rights to our internal system
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the computer equipment and install and update workstations
• Consulting and training users on third party applications;
• Documentation of the infrastructure and network

Your profile :

• You have +10 years of experience in System Administration
• You have management proven experience
• You have minimum a technical degree in computer science, IT or similar
• You are fluent in French and English (mandatory), German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset

You have a good knowledge of:
• Microsoft Server (2016)
• Microsoft Terminal Services (Remote Desktop Services)
• Microsoft Exchange 2016
• Aruba equipment (switches and Access points)
• Vmware vSphere 6 and/or 7
• Any knowledge on the following is an asset: Nagios, Axis cameras, Avigilon Control Center, MDM Solutions and Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• You can organize your job independently in order to meet user requests;
• You have good communication skills that you can use while interacting with other departments
