Investor Operations M/F

Join a fast-paced financial institution and deliver precision across critical financial operations
The successful candidate reports to and works under the supervision of senior members of the IO Division within a major financial institution.

Responsibilities

Our candidate books incoming cash flows across various mandate families using the eFront mandate module, monitors transactions, and escalates any non-payments.
He drafts bank account openings in eFront and updates static data when required.
He performs regular cash balance and deposit checks related to mandates, investigates discrepancies, and escalates issues where necessary.
He liaises with colleagues across the Finance Office to ensure completeness of bookings and proper reconciliation.
He provides efficient support to team members during holiday periods.
He assists with the transition of filing systems and ensures that all relevant documents are properly stored in the correct locations.
He contributes to the ISAE exercise by identifying and gathering documentation required to support control checks.
He regularly updates existing EUC documentation and reviews Alteryx and Tableau documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications

Our candidate holds a university degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in a relevant field such as Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
He has at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in payments and settlements, ideally gained in an operations or back-office role within the financial or banking sector.
He demonstrates good knowledge of middle- or back-office activities.
Knowledge of PowerApps, Alteryx, and Tableau is considered an asset.
An understanding of the mission, procedures, organization, and activities of a European financial institution is viewed as an advantage.
He has an excellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of additional EU languages is considered a plus.
