Our client an international industry is currently looking for their new Finance Manager. In this challenging role you report directly to the site Director.

You will be responsible for: responsibility for the Group's accounting of two companies in Luxembourg and one in the US.
You will manage customer, supplier and general accounting (under LuxGaap), You will handle monthly closing with reporting, prepare payments and submit periodic tax returns: VAT, Intrastat, etc.

In another hand you will be responsible for monthly consolidation with two other group companies in Germany and the US. The consolidation will be next year under IFRS.

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate gained a strong background in accounting , he has a minimum of 8 years of experience on a similar role in Luxembourg or across. He knows the industrial sector and the various problematic links to that. He speaks English and French fluently.

He has natural leadership and proven experience in management. He is a decision maker and has an ability to develop and improve. He is not afraid to be hands-on when needed and wants to involve himself on a long-term basis.
