Domain Architecture
Influence the business direction early by shaping the target architecture alongside product leaders, ensuring technical decisions genuinely support strategic outcomes
Design target architectures that balance technical robustness with economic viability, giving you the authority to make decisions that hold up both technically and financially
Gain clear ownership by validating and approving solution blueprints, ensuring what is delivered matches the architectural intent you defined
Work within clear enterprise standards to build systems that last, reducing rework and protecting long-term system quality
When constraints arise, drive informed trade-offs by structuring options and steering exception decisions rather than just accepting technical compromises
Take end-to-end responsibility for application lifecycles, actively reducing architectural debt instead of inheriting long-term problems
Make architectural debt visible and controlled, protecting platforms from erosion while enabling sustainable evolution
Planning
Co-create the architectural roadmap with global architects, giving you a long-term view and real influence over capability development
Shape QBR inputs and PI-level enablers so architectural priorities are reflected in planning, not added as afterthoughts
Translate complex technical findings into clear, agreed PI objectives, ensuring teams move in a consistent and aligned direction
Support teams in turning architectural intent into concrete features and stories, accelerating delivery without losing coherence
Collaboration
Anticipate and manage risks linked to standard deviations or innovation, helping drive scalable solutions across the organisation
Align system intent with real stakeholder, customer, and supplier needs, ensuring architecture supports actual usage, not theoretical models
