Our client is a well‑known international bank located in Kirchberg, Luxembourg. They are currently looking for a Client Support Officer – External Wealth Managers (m/f) for a 6‑month temporary assignment, starting in June 2026, with the possibility of an extension up to a maximum of 12 months.
The External Wealth Managers dept. is a dedicated team with Relationship Managers and a Client Support Team, providing services to Professional partners. The Client Support Officers, part of the EWM Support Team, are responsible for the administrative support and follow up of our different Professional Partners and their end-clients. EWM’s mission is to provide External Wealth Managers and their end clients with comprehensive custodian and execution services, including credit offering, digital and daily banking solutions. EWM’s activities are organized with two dedicated and closely interconnected teams:
-Relationship Managers in charge of development of overall relationships with our business partners.
-Client Support Team in charge of administrative support in partnership with Relationship Managers.
The main tasks entrusted to the Client Service Officer are the following:
·Handling Cash and Securities transfers
·Performing “Call Backs” following transfer instructions
·Daily monitoring on accounts (Corporate actions, Cash balances, …) which includes execution of FX order
·Handling the Daily Banking activities (Credit Cards, …)
·Handling the opening / closure of accounts
·Implementation of pre-agreed pricing grids
·Inputs in the CRM system and archiving of client instructions
·Support on opening or closing of accounts
·Monitoring and controls related to Risk Management
·Participate in workshops on how to improve our processes
Professional experience and/or diploma :
A minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational banking environment is clearly an asset for this job (Back / Middle-Office or Front support).
A minimum BAC+2 diploma is also a criterion to be considered.
