In order to support the growth of the Family Office-Accounting and Corporate team, our client is currently looking for a :

Client Relationship Manager (M/F)

Your missions will include :

• Be accountable for the day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of Luxembourg companies under LuxGAAP;
• Be responsible for preparing accounting and tax reports for periodic closings and annual financial statements;
• Provide corporate and administrative support to clients in accordance with regulatory requirements/company standards (e.g. prepare documents for client Board Meetings, prepare AML/KYC documentation…);
• Manage and develop a team of accountants;
• Be the key point of contact for customers and advise them on taxation and structure conception.

Requirement :

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and/or an accounting professional qualification (e.g. ACCA);
• You have at least 5–7 years’ professional experience in a similar position as a fiduciary/service provider in Luxembourg;
• Your native language is French and you speak English fluently;
• You possess extensive knowledge of accounting, Luxembourgish taxation and corporate law;
• You are rigorous with strong analytical skills;
• You demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks proactively and meet deadlines;
• You are customer and service-oriented;
• You have strong communication skills and a teamwork spirit.
