The candidate must monitor and analyse the financial aspects of the client files in collaboration with the partners and the finance department, he ensures the reliability of the financial information before issuing invoices. The candidate prepares credit notes and invoices in accordance with the applicable financial agreement. He answers incoming phone calls and email enquiries in respect of the invoicing process and follow up when appropriate.

The candidate is asked to be familiar with the financial and accounting environment and to have the ability to work autonomously and handle confidential information with discretion. At least 1 year of professional experience in a law firm is required.
As a billing assistant the candidate speaks French and English fluently. Knowledge of MS Office and Excel is required.
