Our client, a renowned company in Luxembourg specializing in business law, is looking for a billing and administrative assistant. If you are looking for a challenging role within a multicultural environment, join this leading company in its market, and become an actor of its development.

You are asked to be familiar with the different tasks corresponding to general billing in a company.
You are recognized both for your autonomy and for your ability to work in a team, you are in particular in contact with the other business teams of the company in order to control the accounting and tax compliance of dematerialized invoices.
You act as a real support for the billing team during the monthly billing closings, and for the preparation of the various regular reports. You must in particular contact the customers to manage the unpaid invoices.
You have to use the company's internal ERP and billing systems to approve and submit invoices. It is also your role to make users aware of the good practices of electronic invoicing.
As a billing and administrative assistant, you are also able to manage various daily administrative tasks, such as the preparation of « Lettres de confirmation aux réviseurs », the control of the good receipt of the payments, or the creation and sends invoices to customers.

With a professional experience of at least two years in the field of receivables or as a billing assistant, you are recognized for your analytical mind and accurate work approach.
You have a perfect speaking of English and French, and have organizational and time management skills.
You master MS Office and especially Excel, which are part of your daily work. #1296133
