Our client, a major actor in a banking field in Luxembourg (Kirchberg) is looking for a Banker Assistant M/F for a permanent contract. He ensures a proper execution of the customers’ payment and trading instructions as well the adequate handling and monitoring of the customers’ documentation. He supports the bankers on the daily contact with the clients.

The candidates assists on the maintenance of business relationship with clients and prospect clients providing them appropriate level of services and information on the services rendered and products offered by the Bank;

He supports other stakeholders, such as the bankers, advisory team, middle office, back office,

He supervises and ensures that day-to-day bank account and investment services activities;

He receives trade orders from clients, performs the suitability controls, transmits the orders for execution according to the best interests of clients, and maintain clients informed about the execution;

The candidate assists the banker in compliance , regulations and guidelines, policies and procedures set out by the Bank;

The Candidate has :

A strong communications skills;
A good knowledge of the European and Luxembourg law and regulation and a good knowledge in Financial Markets;
A sense of balance under pressured situation and sense of urgency;
A Strong analytical and commercial skills;

He is a team player with a high level of integrity and self-discipline;
He has a Bachelor degree (BAC +3);

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. French is considered as a plus.
