Back Office / SWIFT / Settlement / Reconciliation
Our client, an major player in the banking sector in Luxembourg, is looking for a Back Office Assistant M/F for a permanent contract
The candidates participates in all activities related to the settlement of securities operations and follows up on foreign exchange operations coming from securities transactions.
He ensures the securities settlement treatment, control and validation for clients.
He reconciles the cash and securities and ensures the follow-up with the subcustodian
and/or external brokers
He performs the analysis and reconciliation of monthly billings and banking fees and monitors and controls the transactions.
He prepares the report to be submitted to the Tax authority under the manager’s
supervision.
the candidate proactively proposes improvement and optimization axis related to current
reporting practices
The client is looking for a 5-year experienced candidate with a master degree.
The candidate has a good understanding of financial products (forex, money market, collateral) and good knowledge in tax regulation and legal requirement
He has an analytical, synthetic mind-set and problem-solving skills;
He is fluent in English and Portuguese, French is a plus.
He has a good communication skill (oral and written) #1327028
