Analyst & Accounting officer, German speaker, M/F part-time

Looking for a challenging part-time job ?
Our client, a family office, is looking for an Analyst & Accounting officer and a German speaker M/F to join their team. This is a part-time job.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and various administrative and financial tasks, including:
  • Monitoring the billing of rights and royalties
  • Verifying contract execution
  • Handling interactions with the family's various service providers

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the monitoring and management of billing related to rights and royalties
  • Verify and guarantee the proper execution of contracts
  • Collaborate with the family's various service providers to meet their needs
  • Propose and analyse financial dashboards containing various data

Required Skills:
  • Strong financial skills for creating and analysing dashboards
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple service providers and coordinate their services
  • Availability for occasional travel within Europe

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in client relationship management or as an assistant manager for a family office
  • Strong administrative and financial management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable, very good communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German
