Reference Officer H/F

Join an industrial company for a 6 months mission
We are looking for a Reference Officer for a 6-month assignment starting in January, within an industrial environment.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and technically validate artwork briefs in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate artwork projects with key stakeholders (Development, Artwork Team, Compliance, Sales).
  • Ensure accuracy of texts and graphic elements for packaging.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including creating purchase orders in SAP and updating data.
  • Ensure compliance of claims and legal mentions.
Profile:
  • Initial experience in artwork creation and validation (packaging, industrial visuals), or at least in an administrative/marketing role within an industrial setting.
  • Good knowledge of the industrial environment and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written).
  • English level B1/B2.
  • Attention to detail, rigor, and ability to work in a team.
Industriebranche Wir suchen eine(n) Artwork-Spezialist(in) für einen 6-monatigen Einsatz ab Januar in einem industriellen Umfeld.
Hauptaufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und technische Freigabe von Artwork-Briefs gemäß internen Standards und gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
  • Koordination von Artwork-Projekten mit den wichtigsten Stakeholdern (Entwicklung, Artwork-Team, Compliance, Vertrieb).
  • Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit von Texten und grafischen Elementen für Verpackungen.
  • Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben, einschließlich Erstellung von Bestellungen in SAP und Datenpflege.
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Claims und rechtlichen Hinweisen.
Profil:
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Validierung von Artworks (Verpackungen, industrielle Visuals) oder mindestens in einer administrativen/Marketing-Funktion im industriellen Umfeld.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Industriebranche und der regulatorischen Anforderungen.
  • Fließend Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich).
  • Englisch Niveau B1/B2.
  • Genauigkeit, Detailorientierung und Teamfähigkeit.
