About the Role:
Our client, a well-established organisation within Luxembourg’s financial sector, is looking to strengthen its Information Security & Risk Management function with an experienced Information Security Analyst specialising in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
In this position within the 2nd Line of Defense, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of the company’s information security posture and support strategic security initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Act as a key member of the Information Security & Risk Management team, working closely with the CISO on IAM-related topics.
Oversee the implementation and adherence to IAM processes, ensuring the quality and accuracy of related documentation (including role and permission models).
Execute recurring recertification and reconciliation activities, coordinating follow-up actions with business stakeholders.
Support daily operations linked to security incident handling and vulnerability management.
Contribute to the delivery of measures and projects from the Information Security Roadmap, working both independently and collaboratively.
Prepare regular progress reports for management and relevant governance bodies.
Your Profile:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Informatics or equivalent vocational training supplemented with relevant certifications/education.
Professional experience in IT Security / Information Security, with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management; experience in a regulated environment is a strong asset.
Solid understanding of the authorization lifecycle and proven experience with recertification processes.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Sentinel.
Ideally familiar with Azure and M365 tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Access, and JIRA Service Management.
Strong analytical mindset, fast learner, motivated, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Experience in project planning, coordination, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in German (business fluent) and good working proficiency in English.
