Your Role
You will play a key role in supporting legal and regulatory activities for complex fund structures, ensuring compliance and smooth operations across UCITS and AIFs.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Funds Expertise: Support legal teams in the setup, maintenance, and restructuring of UCITS and AIFs, including drafting fund documentation and liaising with CSSF.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Manage AML/KYC processes and ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations (AIFMD, UCITS Directive).
- Corporate Governance: Prepare board packs, organise shareholder meetings, and maintain statutory records for fund entities.
- Transactional Support: Assist with fund launches, restructuring, liquidation, and coordinate with service providers (depositaries, administrators, auditors).
Profile Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxembourg investment funds.
- Strong knowledge of fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (French is an asset).
