Our client, a well-established international industrial company, is looking for its next Commercial & Administrative Coordinator.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative aspects of sales activities for a portfolio of assigned customers. Acting as a key interface between clients, internal teams (Key Account Managers, pricing, production, product development), and external partners, you ensure the smooth execution of product launches, commercial offers, and promotional campaigns.
You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle: from article creation in SAP, to managing commercial documentation, samples, contracts, and pricing. You will also handle customer portals, order and invoice tracking, and actively participate in commercial meetings.
Your role is essential to the success of customer projects: you ensure operational feasibility, smooth communication, and compliance with deliverables. You are responsible for meeting deadlines, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or supply chain, and have significant experience in an industrial environment, ideally in sales coordination or sales support.
You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP. You are meticulous, well-organised, customer-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally. Fluency in both English and German is essential to thrive in an international environment. Any additional language is considered an asset.
