Our client is a top-tier, full-service international law and tax firm with a strong presence in Luxembourg. The local team consists of approximately 160 professionals and is part of a global network of over 1,500 lawyers and tax advisors. 
In close collaboration with the partners and associates of the Corporate department, you will play a key role in knowledge development and training initiatives.
Your main duties will include:
- Organising and updating the department’s know-how database; 
- Drafting templates, memoranda, and practice notes; 
- Organising internal training sessions for the Corporate team and cross-departmental training initiatives; 
- Participating in internal team meetings and training programs; 
- Providing legal and academic input for presentations, articles, and legal updates; 
- Advising on legal and market developments affecting the practice; 
- Collaborating with other internal departments such as HR, IT, Marketing & Communication, and Knowledge Management. 
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent); 
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Luxembourg in Corporate law, either as a practising lawyer or as a professional support lawyer; 
- Fluent in English and French; any additional language is an asset; 
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills; 
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously; 
- Strong legal writing and research skills; 
- Familiar with legal databases and research tools; 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
