Key responsibilities:
This position has been created to support the fund administration team during a maternity leave, with the possibility of long-term extension. The role is focused on daily fund oversight activities and offers exposure to transverse projects. The successful candidate will work independently and contribute to maintaining high standards in fund controls and reporting.
- Perform daily NAV oversight and exception-based performance checks
- Conduct monthly reconciliations (cash, stock, price, expenses)
- Manage fund budgets and expense reporting
- Review financial statements and hedged share classes
- Execute fair valuation and swing pricing tasks
- Oversee third-party administrators and custodians
- Provide ad hoc support and contribute to project-related activities
Your profile:- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in fund accounting, audit, or NAV oversight.
- You are confident working independently and managing daily fund operations.
- You bring strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- You understand UCITS fund structures and their operational impact.
- You communicate clearly and work well in collaborative environments.
- You thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt quickly to evolving tools and processes.
- You are fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
