Our client is a famous European institution located in Kirchberg. They are looking for a temporary worker for an initial mission of two months (with possibility of extension to six months and more). They are seeking a Compliance Officer M/F who is in charge to perform reviews of screening alerts related to PEPs, perform PEP impact assessment and document results. He performs and documents AML/CFT and integrity risk assessment of counterparties and their key persons. He performs 4-eyes controls of data input. He performs additional due diligence checks, reviews, controls as and when requested. He drafts reports on the outcome of the assessment for the compliance experts. He liaises with the 1st Line of Defense if and when requested. He tracks progress and contributes to weekly reporting activities.

The candidate has a university degree, preferably in law, political science, economics, finance. He has at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in AML/CFT compliance, preferably in the banking sector in the EU. An experience in similar tasks and projects will be an advantage. He has a good knowledge of standard computer tools and full proficiency in internet searches; knowledge of compliance-related databases and screening tools. He has a practical approach, and he is able to understand the operational requirements and priorities. He has good communication and writing skills. He has excellent knowledge of English. A good knowledge of French would be an advantage.
