The requirement of employment for workers with disabilities

Since 1987, any private sector employer and any public establishment with industrial and commercial nature with 20 employees or more, has to employ disabled workers, in a proportion of 6% of its salaried workforce.
 

How the employer can fulfill its obligation to employ?

The main solution is to recruit the direct beneficiaries of the employment obligations. These people can be recruited on permanent and temporary jobs, full-time or part-time. An employer who hires workers with disabilities may may benefit grants from the Association for the fund for the professional integration of disabled people (AGEFIPH).
Employing Temporary disabled workers is also one of the way to fulfill your legal obligations. A temporary worker with a disability is recognized in proportion to the time spent in the company so that employees with disabilities are included in CDD that beyond six months of attendance.
